We are pleased to announce that the UKPSA 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held online via Google Meet on Saturday, 27th July at 4 pm BST. This important meeting will be invite-only to ensure that only UKPSA members can attend and vote.
To ensure a smooth and effective meeting, we kindly ask you to fill out a short attendance form indicating whether you plan to attend the EGM. This will greatly assist us in preparing for the meeting.
Form Details:
- Attendance Confirmation: Please confirm your attendance by filling out the form.
- Questions for the Council: If you will not be attending, you can still fill in the form to ask a question for the council to address in the meeting. Questions from the floor will be brief and may be skipped to ensure we do not overrun. Providing your queries in advance guarantees their attention.
- Google Account Information: Please be aware that we will be recording the Google account that is logged in when submitting this form to invite you to the meeting.
